This website is run by RealTak Global Services Limited (“RealTak”, “we”), No. 9 Elsie Femi Pearse Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data sent to us through this website. You can contact us about this policy at info@realtakglobal.com or +234 806 614 8882.

When you use our contact form we collect:

• your full name and email address (required);
• your phone number and company name (optional);
• the service you are interested in and your message;
• your agreement to this policy.

To protect the form from abuse, our systems also process your IP address briefly, to limit how many messages can be sent per hour and, where enabled, to run Cloudflare Turnstile’s bot check.

We measure website traffic with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to discuss and deliver the work you asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

The website does not store form submissions in a database. Your message is delivered by email to RealTak’s inbox through our email delivery provider, and a confirmation is sent to you. These providers may process data outside Nigeria; where they do, we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry becomes a contract that requires longer retention by law.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, object to processing, or ask for a copy of your data. Email info@realtakglobal.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
